Custom Design Refund Policy


Non-Refundable Services:


All products and services provided by EzeeAds are fully customised to your requirements. Once the customisation process has begun, refunds are not available. This is because our team of designers dedicates time and effort to creating a personalised product specifically for you.


Revision Process:


We understand that designs may require adjustments. As part of our service, you are entitled to one revision free of charge. If you feel the initial design does not fully meet your expectations or align with the brief you provided, you can request changes within 7 days of receiving the design. We will work with you to make these revisions as quickly as possible.


Refund Exceptions


While we are unable to offer refunds for completed or in-progress designs, exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:


  • Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver your design within the agreed timeframe (usually within 3 working days) and no reasonable explanation or communication has been provided, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Conformance to Brief: If the final design significantly deviates from the customisation instructions you provided, and this cannot be resolved through the revision process, we will review the issue and may offer a partial refund or alternative solution at our discretion.
